If you do not see your insurance company on the list or have a specific question about the processing of your bill, please contact our health insurance administrator at 330.823.0894.

To facilitate the payment process, patients should bring in their complete insurance information, including their insurance card, ID number, and group number.

Some insurance companies require pre-authorization from his or her health care policy or plan. Patients should check with their insurance provider to see if this is necessary. The insurance provider can also answer any questions patients may have about what is covered and what is not.
