Each staff member's life experiences and education completes an essential piece of the Paragon multidisciplinary approach to heart care. And we don't stop there. Meet Our People

Fidelis O. Mkparu, MD
Driven, passionate and immeasurably human. Dr. Mkparu works hard at being a great doctor but even harder at being a great person. He soaks up life's experiences and his interactions with our patients in order to make tomorrow a better day. He completed his Cardiology fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital and was inducted into the Paul Dudley White Honor Society.

Christine Dickey, Nuclear Medicine Technician/Office Manger
Christy is a healthcare veteran. Her professional education includes a degree as Nuclear Medicine Technologist. It's one that's served the Alliance area well as she's served our community for the past 23 years. She also wears another hat...one of Office Manager. With her dynamic personality and constant oversight, Christy ensures that the practice runs as efficiently as possible.

Shaunda Uphold, Clinical Secretary
Shaunda brings a caring heart and a warm smile to the practice. From scheduling patient visits to greeting you when you call in, her proactive, helpful approach provides that special touch that Paragon is recognized for. Shaunda has 10 years of experience in the healthcare field.

Jerri Oyster, Billing Administrator
Jerri is a great listener and communicator. Her real-world experience and knowledge of insurance company procedures makes the maze of billing as uneventful as possible. Jerri has 13 years in the field, part of which included working for a medical billing company.

Genell Stoll, Medical Assistant
Our most recent staff member, Genell is a shining star. She has a way of putting our patients at ease. Her responsibilities include welcoming you and gently guiding you through various medical procedures. She has 2 proud years of healthcare experience under her belt and many more to go.

Lynette Israel, Clinical Secretary
Personality, honesty, kind-hearted and eager to go the extra mile, that's Lynette. Her responsibilities are many but we appreciate her efforts in making our practice an oasis for both staff and patients. She has over 4 years of experience in the field.
